Please note that a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged for shoots that are cancelled on the day of the shoot. $125 will be charged if I have already arrived at the location.
Interior/exterior shoot (stills)
$150 - 1, 2, or 3 bedroom interior/ext. shoot. (up to 38 photos)
$165 - 4 bedroom interior/exterior shoot. (up to 45 photos)
$180 - 5 bedroom interior/exterior shoot. (up to 50 photos)
$205 - 6 bedroom interior/exterior shoot. (up to 50 photos)
I work my way through a home looking for interesting angles and features. Proper angle and lighting are so important when doing a real estate shoot. During the shoot, be sure to point out the special things about your home that might make a good image.
Aerial drone photos
$75 - Aerials when done at time of interior/exterior shoot. Includes 8-10 stills
$125 - Aerials alone visit. Includes 8-10 stills
I am a 14 CFR Part 107 FAA certified commercial drone pilot. Getting an aerial perspective is important for certain properties. That WOW factor sometimes is only possible with aerials. Hampton Roads/ Tidewater is a unique area for this type of real estate photography. Suffolk, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth, Chesapeake.

Day to Dusk conversion
$25 per image - a daytime photo modified to achieve twilight appearance.
We can turn any exterior daytime photo into a realistic dusk photo. Nice landscape lighting systems and many windows in a home will usually yield a great shoot of this type.

Virtual furniture staging
$40 per image - Add some life to that empty room with virtual staging. Give the potential buyer an idea of what the room can be!!!
After the shoot just let me know which images you want staged and I’ll go to work.
Cinematic Video
Pricing based per project. $250 - $650
This offering is a high-end product. I recommend it for luxury listings. Its a combination of ground camera footage and drone footage. Super smooth fluid like movements and the perfect music are key for capturing the emotion of the viewer/potential buyer. I provide you a branded and unbranded version.
Slideshow w/ music
Pricing based per project. $35 - $85
The still photographs are arranged in a moving/panning (Ken Burns) format and music is added. I provide you a branded and unbranded version.
Matterport® 360 degree virtual tours
Prices include full interior 3D and Virtual Reality models as well as two (2) 360° view photos (front and rear) of the property exterior.
